Happy Horse Stables in Portland has a new focus. In addition to our strong foundation of classical dressage, we have special programs for different levels of riding that promote riding education, riding skills and confidence building, in a safe and supportive environment. Each person is unique, and we design a training program that is individually tailored to meet your ability and interests. Our stable of horses is well trained, responsive and safe. Classes are small with plenty of individual attention. There is always more to learn! In addition to riding, we teach communication with horses through body language, how to groom and saddle, how to keep a horse and her feet healthy, and what makes a horse happy. We have riding facilities of every kind, and comfortable space for spectators and visitors.
